The Genabelle PDRN Rejuvenating Toner is a Korean skincare toner from the trusted Korean beauty brand Genabelle, featuring 1,000ppm PDRN, panthenol, niacinamide, and the HTD-GENACOMPLEX (salmon DNA, three layers of hyaluronic acid, and tripeptide-1) to help repair and rejuvenate dry, irritated, or troubled skin, strengthen the barrier and diminish fine lines, refine uneven texture, and enhance elasticity and radiance.
