Avoid eating heavy meals at night. Good food sure is tempting, but did you know that having a heavy meal close to your bedtime can make it difficult for you to fall asleep? This is because your body is in the process of digesting the food you eat. For proper digestion and better sleep, it’s recommended to have at least two to three hours gap between your meal and your bedtime.
