A revamp of Clio's best selling Waterproof Pen Liner; this eyeliner offers an easy to use, waterproof and long-lasting formula. Its densely woven tip ensures seamless and accurate lines even after prolonged use. The formula adheres quickly to the eye with minimal smudge and is resistant to water. The highly pigmented pen liner is available in 4 different colours: Black, Brown, Cacao Brown and Maroon Brown.

Shake before use. Apply from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash lines. Foreign substances such as foundation and eyeshadow on the brush tip may hamper the flow of content. Gently wipe the tip clean with a tissue before use.

How to use

Before usage, point the brush tip downward and shake it a few times. Apply from the outer corner of the eye and draw the line according to your preference. Store the product with the brush tip facing down to extend the usage and ensure the lid is securely tight
