How to Use

1. Cleanse feet and pat dry
2. Apply a generous layer of foot cream or petroleum jelly to heels and balls of feet
3. Slip on the silicone socks — they should feel snug, not tight
4. Wear for a minimum of 2–3 hours, or overnight
5. Remove, massage in any remaining product, rinse socks and air dry
